Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, the renowned founder of Omega Power Ministries, has come forward to respond to allegations levelled against him, while simultaneously denouncing an alleged blackmail attempt aimed at tarnishing his reputation.
He addressed the accusations made by a woman who claimed to have engaged in a sexual relationship with him, leading to her pregnancy.
The woman detailed their involvement, asserting that the encounters took place while she was residing in his residence.
Despite her existing engagement to another man, she stated that the pastor engaged in unprotected sexual encounters with her on multiple occasions, resulting in her becoming pregnant.
However, Apostle Chinyere vehemently denied the allegations, characterizing them as baseless and an attempt to defame his character.
He expressed shock and disappointment at the accusations, emphasizing his commitment to upholding moral values and the teachings of his ministry.
In an unexpected twist, the pastor shared a news report on his Facebook page, shedding light on an alleged blackmail attempt orchestrated against him.
According to the report, journalists Mr Chris Ali and Ogbonna Lucky disclosed that they were approached by unidentified individuals with a proposition to create false and damaging stories about Apostle Chinyere.
The journalists, however, staunchly refused to engage in such malicious activities, citing their dedication to ethical reporting and the potential harm it could cause to the positive impact of the pastor’s various initiatives.
