‘You all have started again’ – Kizz Daniel reacts to report of his arrest in Ivory Coast
Famous Nigerian musician, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kizz Daniel has reacted to the report of his arrest in Ivory Coast.
Recall that the news of the singer’s arrest is currently trending on the internet.
The singer was alleged to have been arrested and detained in Ivory Coast after being paid the sum of $150, 000 and he refused to come on stage to perform on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
This comes one day after Kizz shared a video of him and his crew getting ready to jet off to Ivory Coast while revealing that the flight cost N40 million.
Reacting to the report, Kiss Daniel in a post on his Instagram story, issued a warning to the public.
“Una don start again. This time, silence no go work.”
Recall that the singer was arrested in Tanzania in August 2022, for failing to appear at a concert.
Kizz wrote, “This might definitely get a lot of people in trouble but damn, enough is enough”
“CAF didn’t deal with us directly, it was through an agent. The agent signed my contract which states “no money no performance”
“I agreed to fly in regardless, after sO many appeal and of cuz excuses on bank transfer delay with the promise of receiving the money upon arrival in Abidjan. Till now no payment , not even the alleged amount mentioned”.
“I still chose to support CAF and went ahead to the venue to perform without payment, but unfortunately my 3 min performance slot was up.”
“my team were assaulted back stage and i decided to take my leave. I am not arrested by CAF OR DETAINED WHATSOEVER e] AM FINE AND HEADING TO LONDON FOR MY SHOW NOV 12, OVO ARENA , WEMBLEY."
